1. The subject of the order is: delivery and distribution of gas fuels for organizational units of PGL LP. 2. The subject of the order is divided into the following three parts: Part No. 1 - Delivery of high-methane natural gas and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement to all PPGs from tariff groups W included in the proceedings, excluding PPGs connected to the Elenger Dystrybucja distribution network. Part No. 2 - Delivery of nitrogen-rich natural gas and its distribution under a comprehensive agreement to all ppg from the Lw and Ls tariff groups included in the proceedings.
