The water board strives for a centrally managed access control system for all assets with high-risk information facilities, critical processes and valuable assets. Due to the diversity of locations, users and infrastructures, different access means are currently used. The central system must make it possible to grant or revoke access rights in real time. Due to the complexity, the water board chooses a Contractor who: • Advises on appropriate access measures within the access policy; • The measures supplies, implements and maintains Access Platform plus replacement of locks of multiple objects and locations in 2 phases
