France – Maintenance of information technology software – Market for royalties, rental, technical support for CAD software and support services for IN2P3

Upon payment of a fee, the holder grants IN2P3 the use of software products from the DS offering. The licenses associated with these products registered in this market are either granted for rental or acquired by IN2P3 and can be used through an annual right of use. In accordance with its offer, the holder processes the order and delivers it electronically to the electronic delivery address mentioned by the contracting authority on the order form. The licensee must provide maintenance of the licenses listed in the price schedule
