The subject of the order is the supply of electricity within the meaning and on the terms specified in the Energy Law Act of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) with a total estimated rounded volume of 7.1416 GWh for the voivodeship organizational units listed in the list constituting Annexes 7 and 8 to the SWZ. Deliveries will be made on the terms specified in the draft contract constituting Annexes 6A and 6B to the SWZ. The current number of measurement systems accounting for electricity - 172 pieces. A detailed list of electricity consumption points is included in Annex 7 to the SWZ. Total contracted capacity for electricity consumption points – 2.3382 MW (rounded).
