2.1 The subject of the competition is the development of an architectural and spatial concept for the construction of the District Police Headquarters facility in Ostrów Mazowiecka. 2.2 Information regarding the real estate on which the facility of the District Police Headquarters in Ostrów Mazowiecka will be built: 2.2.1 district 0001 Ostrów Mazowiecka, registration unit 141601_1 Ostrów Mazowiecka - urban commune marked with number 3185/3 with an area of 1.1489 ha; 2.2.2 Land and Mortgage Register No. OSIM/00028871/7 2.3 The aim of the competition is to select the best competition entry regarding the concept referred to in point 2.1 and the invitation pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 4 of the Act of its Author(s) for negotiations under a single-source procurement procedure, in order to award an order, the subject of which will be: 2.3.1 preparation of full-discipline design and cost estimate documentation based on a given competition entry, along with obtaining all opinions, arrangements and decisions; 2.3.2 performing authors supervision during the implementation of the investment carried out on the basis of the documentation referred to in point 2.3.1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in the annexes to the Regulations, i.e.: 1. Annex No. 2 to the Regulations, draft agreement on the transfer of copyrights, 2. Annex No. 3 to the Regulations, draft agreement for the performance of design works, 3. Annex No. 4 to the Regulations, design assumptions. 4.
