Description & Project Overview
The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is construction work within the framework of the implementation of the Work, including in particular the activities according to paragraph 4.2.4 of the Tender Documentation. The complete list of implemented construction objects within the framework of the Public Contract is given in Annex No. 7 ZD. The work is divided into the following Sections: a) Section 1 – Building objects of folds; b) Section 2 – Construction objects included in the project – Eligible expenses; c) Section 3 – Construction objects included in the project – Ineligible expenses; d) Section 4 – Construction objects classified outside the project (for details on individual Sections, see Annex No. 7 ZD /Technical specification/). The Contractor will carry out construction work during the implementation of the Work, namely the construction of flood protection measures, including the execution of related terrain and landscape improvements, under the conditions further specified in the Contract.
