Replacement of pumps as part of the Modernization and expansion of the Tarnów sewage treatment plant project Part No. 2 Replacing the flood pump.
1 The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works at the facilities of the Tarnowskie Wodociągów Sp. z o. o. in Tarnów regarding the replacement of the pump in the municipal sewage pumping station and the replacement of the flood pump along with the implementation of additional installations, equipment and works based on the technical documentation of the Ordering Party. The contract for construction works in question is carried out in the design and build formula based on technical documentation in the form of a Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as FFU) along with annexes for each part of the contract. 1.1. The scope of the order was divided into 2 parts, which include the following tasks: Part No. 2 Replacement of the flood pump. The contractor may submit an offer for any part of the order or for all parts of the order. The scope of the order for part 2 includes at least: • preparation of design documentation - executive design, • replacement of the flood pump by: a) dismantling the existing pump with the engine and the pipe shaft, b) installation of a new submersible pump with the pipe shaft, c) dismantling the connection cabinet of the existing flood pump, d) delivery and assembly of a new connection cabinet for the flood pump along with connecting the pump to the OPT3 switchboard, e) delivery and installation of new lighting. • dismantling the lower platform by: a) dismantling the steel structure, b) dismantling two balustrades, c) dismantling the stairs leading to the lower landing, d) dismantling the balustrade on the stairs, e) dismantling two lamps with cable power supply suspended from the upper platform, • maintenance and reconstruction works of other structures and infrastructure, • commissioning of devices and installations along with training of the Employers staff, • preparation of as-built documentation and DTR. 2. Deadline for completion of the subject of the order: 6 months from the date of signing the contract, but no later than December 15, 2026. The indicated starting date of the contract has been supplemented due to the mandatory field in the contract notice. the actual starting date will be the date of conclusion of the contract.
