Tenders are invited for Acquisition of access to ki services for the ministry of energy
The ministry of energy wants to acquire access to one or more standardised, cloud-based ki solutions, which should support the department's work with case handling, investigation, analysis, knowledge management and administrative support. the purpose of the procurement is to provide access to ki tools, which can provide increased efficiency and improved knowledge base for employees in the ministry.the contract shall be concluded within 12 months from the date of the service being available to the customer. the contract must be available no later than 1 month after signing. the agreement shall not be automatically renewed and shall cease without further notice 12 months after the service has been made available to it. the estimated value of the purchase is dkk 1 299 000 exl. mva. the assessment is not binding on the contractor. for a more detailed description of the delivery, see annex 1 to the agreement.
