Contract Description
U.M.F.C.D. intends to purchase the above-mentioned services in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications, the Technical Proposal and the Framework Agreement to be concluded between the parties for 48 months. The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications is 18 calendar days until the date of submission of offers. The contracting authority responds to all requests for clarification 11 calendar days before the deadline for submitting offers.
