Description & Project Overview
Independent summative and economic evaluation of the NSW Marine Estate Management Strategy 2018–2028, including process, outcomes, benefits realisation and cost-benefit analysis. Scope: The successful supplier will undertake the MEMS summative and economic evaluation in accordance with the Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, relevant NSW Treasury guidance and the procurement requirements. The evaluation will be undertaken at both the Program and initiative levels and will assess Strategy implementation, delivery, outcomes and benefits. It will review and synthesise existing monitoring, reporting, implementation, governance, expenditure and other relevant evidence, including MEMS and MIMP evidence, from the inception of MEMS to the most recent available data collection point.
