Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is: "Maintenance of roads in summer and winter in the city of Ruda Śląska". This order constitutes one whole and includes: 1) Winter maintenance of roads of the 1st and 2nd order - scope 1; 2) Winter maintenance of roads of the 3rd and 4th order - scope 2; 3) Road cleaning - scope 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes 2a-2c and 3a-3d to the SWZ. 2. The offer must cover the entire order. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The justification for not dividing the contract into lots is provided in Chapter IV, section 3 of the ToR.
