a) The Table of Deliverables of Annex I – Detailed Description of Physical and Economic Object of the Declaration is replaced and attached hereto as Appendix I, as follows: b) Article 1 Object is amended with regard to the additional physical object which consists of a length of 2,200 km of undemarcated additional watercourses and scanning of 400 floating files of demarcation and the corresponding quantities of the services of the Table of Deliverables of Annex I – Detailed Description of the Physical and Economic Object of the Declaration c) Paragraph 5.1 of article 5 of the Agreement is amended as regards the contractual price which is increased by the value of the option €18,230,100.00 excluding VAT
