Contract Description
The purpose of the contract is the supply of natural gas to supply the delivery points referred to in the consultation file. Natural gas is used for heating buildings and premises belonging to Habitats de Haute-Alsace, the production of domestic hot water and cooking. The contract concerns 134 PCE and 4,927 housing units. Annual consumption is estimated at 31,741 MWh. This is a framework agreement with a maximum divided into 4 geographical lots. It will be concluded with only 1 energy supplier per lot. Each lot will be awarded separately. It will give rise to the issuance of
