Contract Description
The subject of this public contract is the continuous supply of sensors ("medical devices") for monitoring blood glucose in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as valid and effective ("medical devices law"), intended for monitoring outpatients and hospitalized patients according to the current needs of the contracting authority for a period of 4 years. Continuous deliveries of medical devices will be made on the basis of partial orders from the contracting authority in accordance with the tender conditions and their appendices. Public contract is
