This market is managed by the MNCA Metropolis for the Closed Joint Syndicate of the Cagnes-sur-Mer wastewater treatment plant (SYMISCA). The subject of the contract concerns the operation of the wastewater treatment plant in the municipality of Cagnes-sur-Mer including in particular: - management of the purification process - evacuation of by-products and sludge - management of assets - information for the community.
