Contract Description
The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the established DNS will be the disposal of waste of category "O" - other waste and category "N" - hazardous waste, which may be produced within the premises of the Contracting Authority or during the maintenance and cleaning of sections of roads managed by it, and waste of category "O" - other waste generated in parking lots or rest areas under the administration of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended.
