The Budapest Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Hospital and Dispensary wishes to purchase various medicines (including the magisterial preparations and imported products financed with individual fairness), bandages, medical aids and other preparations for the prescription-only Borostyán Gyógyszertár, which supplies medicines to the public operating in its Institution, from the Kbt. On the basis of the framework agreement concluded with several tenderers based on § 104, paragraph (3), in the framework amount of HUF 900,000,000 net. The wholesale prices of medicines that can be ordered with the tb subsidy are official prices, and all bidders must supply them at the same price. Among the medicines available without a prescription, preparations and products that can be prescribed in the framework of public medical care also have a fixed wholesale price. In the case of medicines and medical aids that can be sold with social security support, the invoice is made at the wholesale price, calculated with the wholesale margin projected on the producer price, as determined by the authorities. In the case of all other products, the bidder invoices at the wholesale price listed in his current price list. The exception to all fixed price cases is that wholesaler and manufacturer discounts must be validated for the Bidder in all cases, even in the case of individual imported products. Estimated (indicative) distribution of turnover according to the subject of procurement: Medicines: 2,522 items, Medical aids: 276 items, All other products: 1,090 items. Subsidized medicine, bandages, medical aids: 85%; Non-subsidized medicine, bandages, medical aids: 12%; Medicine: over 95%; Other products, medicinal supplements, medical aids remaining: less than 3%. The detailed technical description is contained in the public procurement documentation. Quantitative deviation: During the term of the framework agreement, the tenderer may deviate from the specified framework amount, based on the actual turnover of the pharmacy, by up to 50% depending on the unplanned size and needs of the patient traffic, in such a way that the framework amount increased by the quantitative deviation can be drawn up until the date of expiry of the framework agreement under the conditions specified in the framework agreement, with regard to the 16/2012 (II.16.) to § 6 (2) of Government Decree. The duration of the Framework Agreement is 12 months, which can be extended once by an additional 12 months with a unilateral declaration by the Bidder.
