Deliveries are made periodically to each childrens institution according to a schedule approved by the Contractor and the Contracting Authority. Deliveries are made according to preliminary written weekly requests prepared by authorized officials from the respective childcare facilities. The contractor under the contract will receive the weekly requests from a representative of the specified childcare facilities and is obliged to make the delivery within 3/three/ calendar days. Requests are sent by 12:00 in writing or by e-mail to the Contractor. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the contractor is obliged to declare this in writing in the office of the relevant childrens institution the next day, after receiving the request, with a view to making the relevant changes. Bread and bakery products are delivered daily between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM. The client, according to his specific needs, can additionally determine other products to be delivered daily or twice a week. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and cuts and unit measures. Acceptance of the food products will be carried out with a reception-transmission protocol. The types of food products are specified in the technical specification. Quantities are approximate, required over a two-year period (twenty-four months). The contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities, according to the needs of the objects served, as well as not to declare the entire listed assortment, but according to the specific (specific) needs of each child care facility.
