Description & Project Overview
The subject of the award is the delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance and instruction of a high-pressure homogenizer for the digestion of fermentatively produced products. The system must achieve a continuous product throughput of at least 1,000 L/h with a simultaneous homogenization pressure of 1,200 bar.
