Description & Project Overview
The subject of the order is: provision of postal services in domestic traffic and abroad, in the scope of accepting, transporting and delivering postal items and parcels and their possible return to the Municipal Office in Starachowice, on the principles specified in generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act of November 23, 2021, - Postal Law (Journal of Laws 2026.558, consolidated text). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Art. 22 § 1
