The subject of the public contract is the realization of a floating facility that will serve as a working helideck for landing helicopters of the HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Service), and this floating facility is to be located in the port of Prague at km 55.49 on the right bank of the Vltava in the Rašínovo nábřeží locality. The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the Design & Build method, when the supplier proposes a complete solution to the subject of the public contract (specified by the client's requirements) - i.e. the "design" part, and then implements this proposed solution himself - the "build" part.
