Contract Description
In order to ensure the medication for persons deprived of liberty admitted to the Dej Hospital Penitentiary and the provision of emergency medicine for the medical offices in the 8 district units, the contracting authority, the Dej Hospital Penitentiary, organizes the open tender procedure by concluding a framework agreement without resuming the competition, with 3 economic operators, for a period of 12 months. Subsequent contracts will be concluded quarterly, according to annex no. 2 of the Specifications, or in some cases depending on the needs and budget credits
