The subject of the above-limit public contract for services is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements with the reconstruction of allotments (hereinafter referred to as KoPÚ-RP) in the cadastral area of ​​Kokořov and in the cadastral area of ​​Klášter u Nepomuk, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. The proposal of the KoPÚ-RP will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land offices decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft KoPÚ-RP will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for implementing land improvements and the requirements for the proposal for land improvements. The public contract is divided into two parts: Part 1) c.ú. Kokořov and Part 2) c.ú. Monastery near Nepomuk.
