The subject matter is a framework agreement with a voucher volume of 3,000 prepaid vouchers with a call-off quota. A voucher covers sequencing and data processing as well as the provision of raw and processed data for each biosample analyzed. In contrast to the principle of lot division, sequencing and data processing are jointly assigned to one contractor. This is technically necessary: ​​The acceptance of the sequencing quality and the decision to repeat or resequence individual samples are made exclusively on the basis of the QC feedback from the data processing provided directly by the same contractor. A separation between two contractors would create an additional contractual agreement and liability cut at this interface and delay the planned timely repetition/resequencing decision.
