(hereinafter referred to as “Lender or Main Implementor or ILBANK”) has obtained a loan from the World Bank (IBRD) (hereinafter referred to as “Main Creditor or Bank or IBRD”) to be used within the scope of Sustainable Cities Project II-Additional Financing (P170612) (hereinafter referred to as “SCP2-AF”).
