Description & Project Overview
The subject of the procedure is the awarding of specialist planning services for property planning of buildings and interior spaces in accordance with Section 34 HOAI for the extension of the St. Martin Catholic primary school in Bungert, as well as the expansion of a cafeteria and renovation work in the existing building. The reason for the measure is significant damage to another existing building due to the heavy rain event in July 2021. The uses of the damaged building will be transferred to the existing building "Bungert" and its planned expansions.
