Installation of Solar Streetlights

The BLGU, Barangay Bayo Grande, Anini-y, Antique, through the Continuing 20% Development Funds CY 2026 intend to apply the sum of One Hundred Seven Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php. 160,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Streetlights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2. The BLGU, Barangay Bayo Grande, Anini-y, Antique now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Streetlights. Delivery of the Goods is required within 5 days from the receipt of the notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project,. The description of the eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, Particularly, in section II. Instruction to bidders.3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the " Government Procurement Act".4. Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights to privileges to Filipino Citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee, BLGU, Bayo Grande, Anini-y, Antique and Inspect the Bidding Documents at the address below during regular working days at 8:00am-5:00pm.6. Bids must delivered to the address below on or before November 10, 2026 @ 10:00am. All Bids must be accompanied by bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB.9.Bid opening shall be on November 10, 2026 @ 10:30am at the Multi-purpose Hall of Bayo Grande, Anini-y, Antique. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representative who choose to attend at the address below. Late Bids shall not be accepted.10.The BLGU, Bayo Grande reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.11.
