The new building is a workplace for 430 employees and around 150 student assistants. This requires approximately 7,145 m² of usable space NF 1-6, consisting of office, conference, seminar and workshop areas, a data center and a commercial kitchen including side rooms and a dining room with the appropriate infrastructure. A new spatial concept (NEW WORK) is to be implemented for the office space (approx. 5,300 m² NF), which will also enable medium-term growth. As part of the construction project, the newly built ventilation systems, including fire dampers, will be inspected by experts.
