PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTOF TANOD POST AT BARANGAY LAMBAYONG,TAMPAKAN SOUTH COTABATOIdentification No. 2026-10-0041. The Local Government of Tampakan, through the 20% BDF CY 2026 1-07-10-020 intends toapply the sum of SIXTY NINE THOUSAND AND FORTY PESOS ONLY (Php 69,040.00)being the ABC to payments under the contract for2. PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TANOD POST AT BARANGAYLAMBAYONG, TAMPAKAN SOUTH COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 3. The Local Government of Tampakan, now invites bids for the above ProcurementProject. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) working days. Biddersshould have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt ofbids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is containedin the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using anondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised ImplementingRules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, ororganizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stockbelonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of acountry the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges toFilipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 5. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat BarangayHall, Barangay Lambayong, Tampakan, South Cotabato and inspect the BiddingDocuments at the address given below during 8:00am – 12:0 0noon – 1:00pm-5:00pm. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders onNovember 3, 2026 – November 25, 2026, 1:00 in the afternoon from the Bids and8 Awards Committee Secretariat at BAC Office, General Services Office, TampakanMunicipal Hall, Tampakan South Cotabato and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee forthe Bidding Documents in the amount of ₱ 500.00/set. The Procuring Entity shall allowthe bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at theoffice address indicated below on or before November 3, 2026 at 1:00 in the afternoon. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and inthe amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 9. Bid opening shall be on November 25, 2026 at 1:00 in the afternoon at the BAC Office, Barangay Hall, Barangay Lambayong, Tampakan South Cotabato. Bids will be openedin the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10. The Local Government Unit of Tampakan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract awardin accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 11.
