The AG is a hospital at care level II with 535 beds, 20 day-care places, 18 specialist departments and four attending departments. The recooling plants are currently located in the flat roof area of ​​level 3 near inner courtyard 3. They are not part of the aforementioned ZOP construction project, which is why the separate, publicly funded quota measure was initiated. Given the constantly increasing cooling capacity requirements, this installation area is no longer sufficient for additional and age-related replacement purchases, so a steel platform is to be built on the flat-sloped gable roof area (level 4) above the neighboring technology center and the recooling systems are to be installed there. Against this background, the clinic intends to outsource the planning services required for the project to efficient and competent (suitable) companies.
