This tender applies to Gentofte Municipality's (hereafter referred to as the Ordering Party) tender for the Agreement on Builder's Advice regarding the new Gentofte Sportspark swimming pool, located at Ved stadion 10, 2820 Gentofte. Gentofte Municipality is experiencing significant pressure on existing public swimming facilities and in December 2025 a majority in Gentofte Municipal Board decided to initiate a targeted development of Gentofte Sports Park.
