Purchase/delivery of medical equipment and furnishings Package 1 – Cardiology equipment
Supply of cardiological equipment, including: a) Item 1 – ECG (7 pcs); b) Item 2 – Exercise test set (1 pc.); c) Item 3 – Ambulatory blood pressure monitor (also for children) (2 pcs.); d) Item 4 – Holter ECG (also for children) (2 pcs.); to the Municipal Medical Centre Polesie in Łódź. A detailed description of the required technical parameters and the quantity of medical equipment covered by the order, which the Contractor is obliged to supply, assemble/install and commission, is specified in Annexes No. 2 and 9 to the SWZ. The conditions and manner of performance of the subject of the order have been defined in the draft contract provisions constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
