Description & Project Overview
The Contractor will be required to provide on-site catering services at Muresk as follows: 1. Contracted Services: Regular Catering Services for the provision of meals to Apprentices and other students who are undergoing training at Muresk. Ad-hoc catering services for corporate meetings or events hosted by Muresk. 2. Contracted Capacity: Ad-hoc catering services for corporate and special events, and conferences hosted at Muresk by third parties. Café-style services available to third parties (i.e. Muresk staff, Apprentices, day students, industry participants and other visitors) on-site at Muresk. In relation to Contracted Capacity, the Contractor will have contractual obligations relating to adherence to standards and licencing, Muresk site-use, cleanliness, reporting, etc. while delivering ad-hoc catering services and café-style services to third parties, however those third party transactions are not in scope of any contract established through this Request. While Regular Catering Services for the provision of meals to Apprentices and other students are a minimum requirement of this Request, responses that include ad-hoc catering services, and café-style services are desirable.
