The present consultation concerns a framework agreement relating to the services of detection, localization and georeferencing of drinking water, sanitation and public lighting networks.This framework agreement is concluded jointly between LYSED (group coordinator) and the communes of Anthon, Charvieu-Chavagneux, Chavanoz, Janneyrias, Pont-de-Chéruy and Villette dAnthon.The framework agreement with maximum duration is concluded in application of Articles L.2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2122-13 and R.2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique.The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its term. The number of renewal periods is fixed at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months.
