Reconstruction and expansion of the FFW Besigheim fire station LOT 1 Building planning
The following services for building planning in accordance with Section 34 HOAI are awarded: Service phases 1 to 9. The commissioning is carried out in stages, initially only service phases 1 to 4 are commissioned. The resolutions of the local council form the basis for further commissioning of the service phases. Based on the existing feasibility study, service phases 1 to 3 will be reduced by 5% for the renovation of the existing building and by 4% for the new building (see section 7.2.4 of the fee agreement). Furthermore, the special services listed below must be commissioned: Acquire funding areas and prepare the applications (e.g. funding from the AGS, Z-Feu, KfW/BEG funding).
