The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a consultant for the conformity assessment of an investment project and the exercise of construction supervision pursuant to Articles 166 to 168 of the OJL for the site: Construction of an installation for composting separately collected biodegradable waste for the municipalities of Łówiec, Letonia and Ogorczyn. The public procurment includes the following two main activities: Action 1. Preparation of a Comprehensive conformity evaluation report for the investment project in phase Technical Project, including conformity assessments under Article 169 (1) (6) and conformity estimation of Part Conservative for the Site:??Constrution of an Installation for the Composition of separately gathered biodegradable waste for Letonya and Ogorgana, and 2.Exercise of construction supervision pursuant to Article 168 of the OCTs for the site Construction of a separate biodegradable waste composting plant for the municipalities of Łovec, Letnica and Ogorchin. Preparation of a technical passport for the facility pursuant to article 176b of the TSO within the scope specified in Order No 5/2006.
