Contract Award Notice: Campus-Wide Window Washing Services Awarded Vendor: 1 4 items in 1 pages The University is interested in proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide window washing services for campuswide needs. Please be aware that this is an extensive bid. All Suppliers are cautioned to allow ample time for the submittal of RFP responses well before the due date time requirement. Bids must be submitted via the eBid system. Addendum 1: Has been created and issued for a supplier walk through scheduled for 6/25/26. More details on this can be found in the ACTIVITIES tab. Addendum 2: Has been issued to answer the question portion of the bid. Please see the attachment section of the bid for file "Addendum 2 RFP 18586 (Campus Wide Window Washing Services).pdf". In addition, effective July 1, 2026: The State of Iowa enacted House File 2500, codified at Iowa Code §§ 8A.311C through 8A.311E, which prohibits certain provisions in contracts entered into by state.
