II/198 Modernization of the road Toužim - Prachomety

The subject of the public contract is the modernization of road II/198 in the village of Kosmová in the Karlovy Vary Region. The construction works consist of the modernization of the existing road II/198 in the through section of the Kosmová municipality in a length of approx. 0.87 km, including the modification of the road structure including subsoil rehabilitation, local direction and height adjustment of the road and its extension. Part of the construction is the modification of the bridge and No. 198-032, reconstruction and addition of drainage through new storm sewers, modification of local roads and sidewalks including provision of barrier-free access, construction and modification of bus stops, addition of public lighting and relocation of utility networks. As part of the implementation, modifications to road markings, organization of traffic and related terrain and vegetation interventions, including felling of trees, will also be carried out. The construction will be carried out in stages under partial traffic restrictions with proposed detour routes. It is also about the reconstruction of the existing bridge. No. 198-031 on communication II. class 198 in Kosmová. Part of the modernization is the demolition of the existing bridge, the construction of a new bridge and the modification of the forecourt. As part of the development of the forecourt, the leveling will be adjusted and a new road will be made to create a smooth connection to the existing roads.
