The subject of this public procurement is the supply of fuels (A95H unleaded gasoline, diesel motor fuel and propane-butane gas) through a cardless payment system for the needs of the Municipality of Sevlievo, for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months. The representation at the sessions of the National Commodity Exchange-AD for the conclusion of stock transactions is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Commodity Exchanges and Markets, the Law on Public Procurement, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement, the Commercial Law, the Law on Obligations and Contracts and other applicable regulations. The selection of the contractor will take place at the National Commodity Exchange AD, through a stock intermediary, under the terms of the Law on Commodity Exchanges and Markets.
