Contract Description
The acquisition will be carried out by concluding a framework agreement with 3 economic operators for a period of 24 months starting approximately with May 2026, because there is a permanent fluctuation of the indicators (persons deprived of liberty allocated to food) which are the basis of the calculations of the product requirement, but also a quarterlyization of the annual budget.
