Description & Project Overview
From July 1, 2027, letters and registered mail must be sent to the outgoing mail points listed in Appendix 1. This contract regulates the collection of mail, the preparation of mail, and the transport and delivery of letters for the judicial authorities named in this appendix. Formal postal delivery orders are excluded. The careful and proper execution of mail services is of considerable importance for many legal proceedings. Deliveries of letters that are not carried out or are processed incorrectly or late can be a liability for the administration of justice
