Contract Description
Fulfillment defined in detail in individual Implementation Agreements including: a) provision of VMware perpetual licenses including min. 1 year Support and Subscription, max. 4 years, b) provision of VMware Subscription for a duration of 1 - 4 years, c) provision of VMware Support and Subscription (hereinafter referred to as "SnS") for a maximum of 4 years, d) subsequent support of VMware licenses = VMware Renewal for a maximum of 4 years.
