Tenders are invited for Provision of grounds maintenance services for dpi’s parkhurst facility
The department of primary industries (dpi) is seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide grounds maintenance services at its parkhurst facility located at 25 yeppoon road, rockhampton. the parkhurst property is one of dpis larger office sites and comprises a developed area of approximately 4.8 hectares, including approximately 2.4 hectares of landscaped grounds and maintained green space. dpi requires grounds maintenance services to ensure the site is maintained in a safe, functional and highly presentable condition. the contract term is initially up to 30 november 2027 with 2 x 12-month extension options.
