The subject of the order is: granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 5,000,000 (in words: five million zlotys) to repay previously incurred loans and credits to the Chojnice Municipality for a period of 17 years (2026-2042) with repayment over a period of 16 years (2027-2042). 2. Characteristics of the loan: 1) Loan amount: up to PLN 5,000,000 (in words: five million zlotys). 2) Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement until December 31, 2042; 3) The Contractor will make the loan funds available to the Ordering Party: - in the period: at the earliest from the date of signing the contract and at the latest by December 31, 2026 - in tranches, depending on the borrowers needs based on written applications submitted by the Ordering Party for the payment of the next tranche, within 3 business days before launch, without submitting separate loan applications. – the loan will be disbursed by cashless transfer to the bank account of the Ordering Party, i.e. the Municipality of Chojnice with the number: 98 1020 2791 0000 7102 0294 1763 in the Powszechna Kasa Oszczedności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna Północny Regional Corporate Branch in Gdynia, Regional Corporate Center in Koszalin.
