Numbering in accordance with SWZ: 3.1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of drugs in drug and oncology programs (basic and supportive) to the Hospital Pharmacy. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2, 3, 6 to SWZ 2.1. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Number of packages - 21. Number of parts for which an offer can be submitted - 52. The Ordering Party will consider an offer submitted for all items in a given package to be a partial offer. The exception is package no. 6 - for which you can submit an offer for each product item separately. The contractor may submit an offer for all parts. 2.9. The Ordering Party does not provide for or require the Contractor to carry out an on-site visit referred to in Art. 131 section 2 points 1) PZP Act. 2/14. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of granting advance payments for the execution of the order. 2.17. The Ordering Party reserves in accordance with Art. 139 of the Act, that it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 2.18. In Part IV of the Standard Form of the Single European Procurement Document, the ordering party requires completing part alpha. 4.1. Contract duration: 18 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4.2. Method of payment - described in detail in the draft contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 6.1.
