The fulfillment of the public contract consists in the implementation of a complete replacement of passenger elevators in apartment buildings Krásné 13, 15, 26, Marie Kudeříková 2, 4 and Juliánovské náměstí 1, Brno-Židenice. The performance includes in particular: − dismantling and ecological disposal of existing elevators, − delivery and installation of new passenger elevators, − execution of all related work and deliveries, − execution of all prescribed revisions and tests according to valid legal regulations and technical standards, − provision of warranty and post-warranty service. There are 2 personal elevators in each apartment building, one with a load capacity of 400 kg and the other with a load capacity of 630 kg; in total, it is the replacement of 12 personal elevators in 6 apartment buildings. The Juliánovská náměstí 1 apartment building has 11 above-ground floors; the lift serves floors 1 to 10, where the machine room is located, the 11th floor (superstructure) is accessible only by stairs. In the other apartment buildings, the elevator route runs from the 1st to the 10th floor, and the machine room is located above them. The elevators are located next to each other in the elevator shaft in the individual houses. The replacement of elevators will take place when the apartment buildings are fully occupied by tenants. The replacement must be carried out gradually in individual buildings so that at least one elevator is operational in each building during the entire period of work; at the same time, it is possible to replace elevators in several apartment buildings in parallel.
