Renovation of the roof of the northern part of the Lánc utca Clinic - provision of TECHNICAL INSPECTION activities. The Lánc utca clinic in Pécs was handed over in 1983. According to the plans, PMJVÖ wanted to create a clinic that could accommodate the district's specialist orders and basic care in accordance with the requirements of the time. The building also provided space for district medical, pediatric and dental offices. Over time, minor or major changes took place in the system of specialist orders, so over time social care was removed from the institution. In the building, specialist orders and an outpatient care system, which are still operating today, have been established. In 2011, the building was renovated, which was implemented with European Union funds. The building has modern thermal insulation and a window and door system. The renovation typically affected the facade system of the building. The construction works only include the modernization of the current flat roof of the northern part of the building. The mechanical and electrical equipment on the roof will be converted as necessary, and the downspouts will be restored. Technical inspection tasks are required for construction works.
