The subject of the order is: "Provision of a service consisting in acceptance and assessment of design documentation for the task titled Construction of the main passenger terminal incl with accompanying infrastructure” of the Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice. 2. The duties and tasks of the Contractor include in particular: a) providing a service consisting in accepting and assessing design documentation, b) transfer of copyrights to the documentation created by the Contractor.
