The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of three (3) framework agreements for the continuous supply of drugstores and cleaning products for the Principal and assigning principals. Drawing will take place from the entry into force of the individual framework agreements for a period of 12 consecutive months based on the current needs of the Subscribers. Each framework agreement will be concluded with one (1) selected supplier in accordance with § 134 of the Act, i.e. a process without resumption of competition between participants in the framework agreement.
