Contract Description
The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection of mixed and segregated municipal waste from property owners living in the city and commune of Jeziorany in a manner ensuring the achievement of the levels established by law: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill and landfill levels in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the implementing regulations to this Act.
